The Rosa Lee Young Childhood Center is about children. Since opening its doors, the goal of our Center has remained the development of each child’s capabilities, while embracing their unique learning style, temperament, and personality.
Family input is sought at enrollment with a detailed child development history from the parent. Information between the parent and teacher continues to be shared throughout the year through weekly newsletters from classroom teachers to parents, and two parent-teacher conferences during the year.
Unique Programs
The child-centered programs enable teachers to focus on each individual child and his or her unique needs. Your children are given the tools and support to build confidence and enable them to be successful in their environment.
Nutritious Meals
Children not only receive a solid
educational foundation, but they also
get nutritious meals while in our care. Children receive breakfast, lunch, and
snack to ensure they have the energy
they need to learn and grow.
Tuition Assistance and DSS
Tuition assistance is available for children and families in need. Every child should have an opportunity to receive a quality education.
We accept Department of Social Services subsidies for families that qualify for assistance. Contact us for assistance when applying for DSS Services.
